Article 9

A network marketing company is required to observe the following provisions in the network marketing process:

(i) In the event of termination of a marketer’s contract, the company must take back sold products (up to a maximum of 12 months prior to the contract termination date) that are resalable, and refund the amount paid for the returned products after deducting shipping and return costs, the retail profit granted to the marketer from the consumer price, and non-refundable taxes.

Note:
The network marketing company may deduct the commission paid for the sale of returned products from the subsequent commissions of higher-level marketers.

Terms and Conditions for Product Purchase, Distribution, and Returns

Clause Four – Conditions and Procedure for Product Returns:

In accordance with the regulations and directives issued by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the return of sold products is permitted; however, exercising this right is subject to specific terms and conditions as follows:

Sales consultants have a maximum period of 12 months from the date of contract termination to return purchased items. Returns are only accepted provided that the products have not suffered any loss of quality, expiration, or any other condition that prevents their resale. Otherwise, or after the expiration of the 12-month period, the company bears no responsibility for accepting returned products.

Note 1:
If a refund is requested for amounts previously paid to the sales consultant as income, such amounts shall be deducted from the total value of the products, and the remaining balance shall be refunded to the applicant.

Note 2:
If any defect or evidence of product usage is identified, the return will not be accepted and the request will be rejected.

Note 3:
The company may deduct the commission paid for the sale of returned products from the subsequent commissions of higher-level marketers.
